Description:
Requirement:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day renovation activities (including carpentry, electrical works, tiling, etc.).
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project workflow.
- Document site progress with daily reports, photographs, and inspection checklists.
- Inspect incoming materials and assist with basic site logistics.
- Interpret and utilize 2D technical drawings, 3D models, and material cutlists.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate with internal design and project management teams.
Requirement:
- Fresh Graduate with Diploma graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related construction discipline.
- Possesses a positive attitude: responsible, eager to learn, and takes initiative.
- Adaptable to site environments and confident in engaging with renovation crews.
