7. Extensive knowledge of all aspects of interior design including workplace design strategy and best practices, space planning,programming, color and material selection, detailing and FF&E packages
8. Produce CAD and Revit drawings
9. Produce presentation drawings
10. Produce schedules and selections/specifications and experience with furniture selection and specification, detailing and construction documentation
11. Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Sketch-Up,
12. Expert sketching and rendering skills is advantage
