Covers design aspect:

• space planning, conceptual design development and detailing.

• layout planning, Material and construction proposal.

• articulate and present design proposal to client

• produce detail, shop and construction drawings and specifications, maintaining and monitoring the drawings schedule.

• Responsible for work related to drafting and design including, 2D detailing and 3D modeling, site survey and AS built.

• Liase and coordinate with designers, supplier and vendors.

• Ensure design / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.

• Ensure final drawings are produced on time.

• Goods understanding of material costs and application.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years working experience in commercial interior design industry preferred

• Neat and organized

• Positive working attitude

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in AutoCad, 3Dmax, photoshop, illustrator
