• Provide architectural design expertise and related services
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team of Architectural and Interior
• Designers on large-scale hospitality and luxury residential projects
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and proficiency in contract administration
• Develop detailed, innovative designs with a flair for architectural detailing

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• 1to 5 years of architectural practice experience in hospitality and residential sectors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software aligned with industry standards
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and excellent organizational skills
• A team player with meticulous attention to detail and project management skills and proven track record
