• \tTo conceptualize, design, and develop innovative interior spaces that align with the company's design philosophy and client requirements

\t• \tTo produce detailed 3D models, spatial diagrams, and presentation visuals using Rhino, render softwares (D5, Twinmotion etc. ) including parametric and freeform geometry where necessary

\t• \tTo create high-quality real-time visualizations using Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar software to effectively communicate spatial atmosphere and materiality

\t• \tTo collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure cohesive spatial integration

\t• \tTo prepare detailed design drawings, construction documents, and tender packages

\t• \tTo source and specify materials, finishes, FF&E, and custom fixtures in line with project concepts and budgets

\t• \tTo refine space planning with attention to ergonomics, flow, zoning, and user experience

\t• \tTo coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of the design intent

\t• \tTo prepare compelling presentations for internal design reviews and client meetings

\t• \tTo attend site meetings and oversee construction to ensure quality, detailing, and finishes are aligned with design specifications

\t• \tTo liaise with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers for material sourcing, procurement, quotations, and delivery schedules

\t• \tTo communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written) when dealing with Chinese suppliers and production teams

\t• \tTo stay updated on software trends, design technologies, AI and global interior design practices
