Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hairstylist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced stylists and enthusiastic newcomers to develop their skills in authentic Japanese hair techniques while working in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hair Services

• Perform precision hair cutting, styling, and finishing services
• Execute various coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, and creative color
• Provide specialized treatments including rebonding, perming, and hair therapy
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

Customer Experience

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences
• Provide professional advice on hair care, styling, and maintenance
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Ensure a welcoming and comfortable salon environment

Technical Development

• Learn and master Japanese hair techniques and methodologies
• Stay current with latest trends and innovations in hair styling
• Participate in ongoing training programs and skill development workshops
• Maintain proficiency with professional tools and equipment

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Relevant hairstyling certification or diploma from recognized institution
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional salon experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome)
• Proficiency in basic cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of hair cutting techniques for various hair types and textures
• Experience with hair coloring and chemical processes
