- Product design for crypto trading service
- Service design conceptualization and execution - delivering designs swiftly within development cycles, iterating rapidly from briefing to final delivery
- Collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams throughout the design process including engineering, product and business
- Continuous UX/UI improvement based on user research and data, with proactively setting design directions
- Design for PC/Mobile Web and App service platform
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI Design (App&Web)
- Experience in design execution for PC/Mobile platform
- Design with a blend of vision, craft, speed and business potential
- Excellent communication skills for clear articulation and defense of designs amid complexity and trade-offs
- Embrace failure as a learning opportunity with maturity and openness to feedback
- Proactively manage communication by adapting tonality and mode, including being respectful, inclusive etc.
- A love for design feedback, sharing work and engaging with peers consistently
- Push creative boundaries to set new industry standards, comfortably tackle design challenges with fresh approaches
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Protopie
Preferred
- Enjoys the process of creating services with various domain experts
- Experience or interest in designing service related with finance and/or cryptocurrency
- Experience in UX research and data analysis
- Familiarity with Agile work process
