Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration - Engage with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget to create tailored design solutions.
• Creative Conceptualization - Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that align with client visions.
• Design & Visualization - Produce detailed 2D layouts and immersive 3D renderings to bring ideas to life.
• Material & Furnishing Selection - Curate and source materials, furniture, and décor that enhance the overall design aesthetic.
• Project Coordination - Oversee the seamless execution of design plans, working closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Trend & Innovation Integration - Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating fresh, modern ideas into design projects.
• Project Management - Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within scope, and budget-friendly.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray (must-have).
• Experience with 3D rendering tools to create realistic visualizations of design concepts.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Ability to create accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
• Understanding of lighting design principles and how to integrate them into overall interior design.
• Willingness and ability to learn new 3D software.

Creative Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Degree, Diploma, or ITE in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and successfully completed projects.
