ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Qualifications :

• \tBachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a university recognized by Singapore

• \tMinimum 5 years of professional experience in Singapore

• \tProficient in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• \tStrong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices

• \tMust have experience with landed houses

• \tMust have experience with apartments / serviced apartments

• \tConversant with local codes and regulations

• \tTactful in handling clients and contractors/sub-contractors (and all related parties)

• \tGood knowledge in residential and commercial projects

• \tStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• \tMeticulous and able to organise work effectively

• \tProject and time management skills

Responsibilities

• \tLead the design process from concept development through to completion of construction.

• \tCollaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure all design objectives are met, completion within project timelines and budget.

• \tEnsure compliance with architectural specifications, and achieve a quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements.

• \tCreate innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that reflect the unique vision along with the ability to align with clients' requirements

• \tDevelop detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software

• \tConduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress meets design intent and quality standards.

• \tOverall management of internal milestones and deliverable
