Responsibilities:

Product Photography

• Capture high-quality jewellery images for use on e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital campaigns
• Style and shoot products to highlight design, craftsmanship, and detail for online shoppers
• Retouch and edit images to ensure consistency across marketplaces and digital channels

Videography & Content Creation

• Film and edit short videos to showcase products on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee
• Create engaging content to drive interest, boost online visibility, and support promotional campaigns
• Work with the marketing team to align video content with e-commerce goals and social trends

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design digital assets such as banners, product highlights, and social media posts to support e-commerce promotions
• Ensure visuals follow brand identity and are optimized for online performance
• Support product launches and festive campaigns with timely, attractive visual content

E-commerce Operations Support (During Peak Seasons)

• Assist with packing and order fulfillment to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for customers
• Perform quality checks before dispatch to maintain brand standards
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team to meet delivery timelines during high-volume periods

Requirements:

• Proficient in product photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Basic to intermediate skills in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Experience in graphic design for digital use-social media posts, banners, and promotional visuals (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Creative and trend-aware, with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and interest in fashion, jewellery, and digital content
• Willingness to assist with online order fulfillment during peak sales periods, ensuring smooth and accurate processing
