Job Summary:

As an Interior Designer specializing in the luxury hospitality market, you will play a pivotal role in crafting sophisticated and elegant interior spaces. You will contribute your creative flair and technical proficiency to elevate our projects, ensuring the highest standards of luxury and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and development of interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and design proposals to convey your ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life through detailed design development and space planning.
• Create mood boards, space plans, 3D and detailed construction drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• Select and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), materials, finishes, and lighting that meet design, budgetary, and functional requirements
• Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends, products, and sustainable design practices.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality interior design (portfolio required).
• Experience with luxury/high-end hospitality projects in Asia is a must, preferably has Japan project experience.
• Must have experience in FF&E selections, elevations, floor plans, technical drawings and experience with Design Development and Interior Design Documentation.
• Demonstrate the capability of freehand sketches.
• Software: Proficiency / good level in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max (Vray/Corona) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), proficiency in Rihno and Enscape would be a plus.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese and English is a must and other language is preferred
