Responsibilities:
Requirement:
- To assist and support in any type of interior residential and commercial design project
- To develop designs throughout all stages from feasibility/conceptual studies to detail design and design development
- To assist in preparation of mood boards, perspectives, renderings and construction drawings
- To assist in project contract administration and BQ works
- To attend and manage sub contractors, consultants and hold project meetings independently
- To manage project construction stage with sensitivity to project schedule and deadline
- To conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree
- Junior Executive or Executive level (Freshgraduate are welcome)
- Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop (Bonus: Enscape, Sketchup Layout)
- Good interpersonal skills and has the ability to work independently and within the team
- Passion for design and desire to learn and innovate
- Keen eye for aesthetics, styling and design details
- Full time available
