Job Title: Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role will involve applying design thinking methodologies to create user-centered solutions, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, and driving the design process from concept through to final hand-off.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to execute high-quality designs that solve real user problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply design thinking methodologies to empathize with users, identify problems, and develop innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers to evaluate user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Partner with engineers to ensure design feasibility and align on technical requirements.
• Lead the design process from initial concept to final hand-off to the engineering team, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and surveys, to inform user flows, process maps, journeys, and wireframes.
• Create and present interactive prototypes, troubleshoot UX issues, and make strategic design decisions for both core and new features while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design expertise, problem-solving skills, and user-centered solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and FigJam, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, and familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present designs effectively and work well with cross-functional teams.
