We're looking for a motivated Junior Product Designer (or aspiring designer!) to join our team in Singapore. Whether you're a fresh graduate, an intern, or someone with a passion for design but no formal experience, this is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a product that impacts millions worldwide.

This role will be based in Singapore and report to the Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production-focused design tasks with oversight, such as creating UI components, refining existing screens, or updating design specs.
• Complete basic design tasks with minimal supervision, while proactively seeking help when needed.
• Work cooperatively with the team, providing timely updates and communicating clearly with peers.
• Ask good questions when things are unclear and seek clarity to ensure alignment.
• Help prepare clear design specs that communicate the expected outcome for development.
• Develop a good understanding of our product and how customers use it.
• Continuously improve by learning from feedback, building on strengths, and refining craft.
• Take constructive feedback and apply it effectively to design work.
• Contribute ideas-ask creative questions and provide thoughtful input in discussions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining design components that align with our existing design system.
• Ensure design changes match the style and format of our product and are properly documented in the team's component library.

Who We're Looking For:

• No prior experience required! (Interns, bootcamp grads, self-taught designers, and fresh graduates are welcome.)
• A portfolio (or even personal projects) showcasing your design thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (or eagerness to learn!).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills-able to give and receive feedback constructively.
• Proactive and curious mindset-willing to ask questions, learn quickly, and adapt.
• Interest in user-centered design and a passion for improving digital experiences.
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus but not required).

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required!):

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles or design systems.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, ProtoPie).
• Interest in psychology, human behavior, or social dynamics.
