Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver user-focused solutions across enterprise-grade B2B products.

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs with a focus on usability, scalability, and performance.

• Develop and optimize software algorithms that enhance product performance, integrating user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles of computer science, interaction design, and mathematical analysis to improve enterprise UX.

• Perform code reviews, maintain software documentation, and support continuous integration and deployment practices to enhance product scalability and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to translate product requirements into functional software features and intuitive user interfaces.

• Create wireframes, task flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to clearly communicate interaction patterns, responsive design, and design intent.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, support continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to accessibility standards.

• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, human-centered design solutions that support enterprise workflows and scalable product experiences.

• Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices throughout the product lifecycle, aligning with UI/UX standards and inclusive design principles.

• Implement responsive design principles in software applications to ensure seamless functionality across various devices and platforms.

• Update and enhance software capabilities; develop and direct software testing and validation procedures to ensure functional and visually coherent user interfaces.

• Work closely with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems, develop performance specifications, and optimize end-to-end user interaction.

• Use Figma to maintain and evolve design systems, deliver high-quality visual design assets, and support cross-functional collaboration within Agile/Scrum teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer in an enterprise or B2B environment.

• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and task flow development.

• Demonstrated ability to balance user needs with technical and business constraints.

• A portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, and end-to-end design process.

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
