Role Overview:
We're looking for a talented Interior Designer who not only has an eye for design, but also the confidence and communication skills to connect with clients and convert leads into successful projects. This role combines creative design work with client engagement, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both design and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their design needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Prepare quotations and assist clients in selecting finishes, materials, furniture, and accessories.
• Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to project confirmation and close.
• Work closely with project managers and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry innovations.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Must have own laptop
• Willing to travel across Singapore for meetings and site visits
• Good attitude, responsible, and motivated to learn
