Responsibilities:-

• Undertake renovation projects from concept conceptualization to site management.

• Monitor and implement projects to ensure quality of workmanship, timeliness, compliance with technical and safety requirements and adherence to client's requirements.

• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

• Make site visits to check on project status and report on project.

• Outline and determine resource requirements of respective projects.

• Constantly research new and innovative designs, industry trends and best practices.

• Participate in design review presentations to Management to gain approval to proceed with said design.

• Maintain good rapport with suppliers, client consultants and architect contractors.

• Training will be provided. Design/Sales background is a plus point.
