Senior Architectural Designer

-Conceptualize concept and schematic designs.

-Able to identify Clients' requirements and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

-Ensures design quality and work is completed accurately and on time.

-Good project management skills.

-Good understanding of the Authorities and other Government Agencies' requirements, and integrate the technical information and statutory requirements into design and production drawings.

-Able to liaise, coordinate, and discuss project-relevant issues with Clients, Authorities, and stakeholders.

-Able to lead and manage a team of architectural personnel, consultants, and contractors.

-Able to oversee the progress of on-site work and resolve any arising issues.

-A good degree in Architecture from a recognized University.

-Minimum 5 years of architectural practice experience
