About the Role

We're seeking a creative tech enthusiast who excels in both multimedia design and web development. If you have a keen eye for visual storytelling and can bring ideas to life through custom-coded websites, this dynamic role is for you.

Creative Design

• Craft engaging multimedia assets-graphics, icons, animations, 3D models, and videos-to communicate ideas effectively.
• Design intuitive UI/UX experiences for websites and mobile platforms with a strong focus on usability and branding.
• Develop interactive 2D & 3D animations for various digital applications.

Web Development & Technical Execution

• Build, maintain, and enhance company websites, ensuring clean code, responsiveness, and optimal user experience.
• Manage backend development, including CRM integrations, analytics, and multimedia plugins.
• Optimize website structure and conversion funnels using UX/UI best practices.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align creative and technical efforts with business goals.
• Support marketing campaigns, photography, and video production initiatives.
• Brainstorm and contribute to the development of new digital features and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Animation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in multimedia design and/or web development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and interactive media.
  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with 3D design software (Cinema4D) and animation techniques.
  Proven track record of WordPress development, front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and backend architecture.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, web accessibility, and digital optimization strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
