Graphic Designer with Marketing Expertise

Join an established, fast-growing F&B Group with multiple brands and concepts. We're on the lookout for a versatile and driven Graphic Designer - someone who's confident with clients, skilled in administration, and creative enough to bring ideas to life visually without waiting on others.

This is a hybrid role combining graphic design with marketing support, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and hands-on environment.

Graphic Design

• Design digital assets for eDMs, social media, website banners, print collaterals, etc
• Develop marketing collateral such as menus, brochures, posters, product labels
• Maintain visual consistency across all brands and platforms
• Prepare artwork for print and liaise with vendors for production
• Maintain a digital library of brand assets and templates
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across design and marketing platforms
• Liaise with printers, photographers, and freelancers where required

Marketing Support

• Support the execution of online/offline marketing campaigns
• Collaborate on event/product launches, promotions
• Coordinate social media content, campaign visuals, and assist with performance tracking
• Contribute creatively in brainstorming sessions and help translate ideas into visuals

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, or related fields
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales/admin or marketing role (F&B industry is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) and others (e.g. Canva)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized, and quick-thinking
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic video editing (e.g. for Reels, TikTok, IG stories)
• Photography or food styling skills
• Immediate availability is a bonus!
