Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Provide expert advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials, and color scheme specifications
•⁠  ⁠Conduct client meetings and discussions to understand renovation needs and enquiries
•⁠  ⁠Manage project costing and prepare accurate project quotations
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless workflow and project coordination
•⁠  ⁠Work closely with contractors and suppliers to achieve high-quality project completion

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
•⁠  ⁠Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in a design and build environment
•⁠  ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•⁠  ⁠Alert, self-motivated, and independent learner with strong self-discipline
•⁠  ⁠Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines

Basic Salary: $3,000 per month, with performance-based increments
