We are seeking an experienced AV System Designer & Programmer with strong understanding of AV and VC systems for applications such as boardrooms, town halls, auditoriums, and meeting rooms.

- Design and recommend AV system setups with technical expertise.
- Create system schematics for AV control, video, audio, and networking.
- Generate / Build AV proposals of Materials (BOM) & Schematic Drawing
- Conduct solution demos and participate in client meetings.
- Participate in project meetings with customers and representatives.
- Coordinate design changes with project Managers, Sales team and clients
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies in the AV industry.
- Support system handover, including user training and acceptance.
Requirements:
- Min. 1 years' experience in AV system design.
- Familiar with Crestron, Extron, AMX, Polycom, Biamp, QSC, Cisco
- Strong audio DSP programming skills (e.g., Q-SYS, Biamp, Extron).
- Good communication, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Independent and detail-oriented team player.
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant recognized industry certifications will be an added advantage (e.g. CTS)
