Roles & Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lead the creative and design direction of projects from concept development to space planning, presentation, and final execution with minimal supervision.
- Proactively source and share external references and inspiration to drive innovative design solutions.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, assess design requirements, and develop accurate layout plans while selecting appropriate materials.
- Coordinate closely with internal design teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project communication and documentation of all meetings.
- Prepare and deliver well-structured design proposals within specified timelines.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of materials, their appropriate usage, and effective presentation techniques.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting quality expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to secure the best value from vendors.
- Highly responsive, proactive, and driven by a genuine passion for design and excellence.
