We are seeking a passionate and self-driven 3D Designer/Lead to join our clients dynamic, multi-disciplinary creative team. This role is ideal for a talented individual who thrives on developing innovative, high-impact 3D concepts that bring experiences to life.

Our client specializes in the conceptualization, design, planning, and execution of experiential events and activations-from conferences and creative insight productions to digital broadcasts. With a strong presence across the region and beyond, we've partnered with a diverse range of clients spanning multiple industries and regions.

• Design and develop cutting-edge 3D visual concepts using 3ds Max for experiential events, exhibitions, and spatial environments that captivate both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Transform creative briefs into compelling, strategic 3D experiences, aligning with client goals, spatial logistics, and brand identity-from ideation to final execution.
• Serve as a creative bridge between internal teams and clients, translating objectives into visual narratives and presenting design solutions with clarity and impact.
• Confidently communicate and present concepts using visual storytelling to gain stakeholder alignment and approvals.
• Lead the entire 3D design process-analyzing briefs, conceptualizing environments, modeling, rendering, and preparing technical documentation-while ensuring build feasibility and design excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions industry or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing spatial/event-based 3D work.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and drafting software like AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong background in spatial design, storytelling, and visualisation, with an ability to develop realistic and practical 3D environments.
• Experience producing production-ready renders and technical drawings that translate into real-world fabrication and installation.
