About the Role

HerbYvore is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support our retail operations across major supermarket chains in Singapore.

If you enjoy being hands-on, working with people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store Team Leads (TLs) at various supermarket outlets to ensure smooth collaboration and coordination.
• Monitor and manage inventory, working with store teams to reorder stock and ensure optimal product availability.
• Process orders in our Tally Prime system promptly upon receiving purchase orders from outlets.
• Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring they are organized, clean, and correctly priced.
• Track sales trends and collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies.
• Provide customer support in-store by addressing inquiries and resolving any product or service-related issues.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Friendly, people-oriented approach with high emotional intelligence
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience or familiarity with inventory control and merchandising
• Highly organized and reliable
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach

Experience with TallyPrime or in FMCG merchandising is a plus but not required.
