• To provide Architectural Design and Project Management expertise and related services

• To assign and supervise particular project-related presentation (technical/submission) tasks performed by a team of Technical Executives

• Good degree in Architecture from a recognized University

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of architectural practice experience

• Ability to work independently and lead a team of Junior Architects in large scale projects

• Applicants who are registered with Board of Architects will be an advantage

• Proficient in Contract Administration

• Proficient in Local Authority requirement and Building Codes

• A flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing

• Conversant with construction practices

• Meticulous, strong planning, good organizational skills, supervisory experience and good project management skills required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other commonly used software applications
