Job Description
Job Requirements
- Conceptualize and develop concept and schematic designs.
- Prepare tender documentation, design schedules, and material specifications.
- Liaise with clients to discuss project-relevant issues and gather requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project team members.
- Ensure design quality and compliance with regulatory and authority requirements.
- Assist the Project Architect in all matters related to timely and successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
- A recognized Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings, and construction practices.
- Proficient in 3D and presentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Strong design flair with the ability to sketch rapidly and develop compelling design concepts.
