Responsibilities:

• Design space planning, concept development, construction detailing and perspective drawing.
• Generate 3D computerized perspective visuals, presentation drawings or technical drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of design plans.
• Perform occasional site visits and inspections.
• Oversee on-site progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain and organize the design library.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer
• Have experience in interior design for commercial project.
• Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign)
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (communicate with subcontractor for project matters)
• Have positive attitude and a keen eye for design
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience
• 5 working days (Mon - Fri)
