Job Opportunity: Interior Designer at Xin Concept

In this role, you will work closely with design teams to produce mood boards, renders, drawings, details, and concepts that help clients visualize their spaces. From renders to construction drawings, you'll play a crucial role in creating beautiful environments for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with interior designers to understand project requirements and objectives, brainstorm interior concepts, and develop innovative design solutions.
• Produce precise, clear, and detailed drawings that accurately represent design concepts.
• Create sketch models and construction drawings to help clients visualize the space and understand the design intent.
• Assist in curating presentation decks and materials to enhance the client experience and effectively communicate design ideas.
• Take pride in your work and strive for excellence in every project.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Coohom or Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Proactive and conscientious team player.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
