What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product manager, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals for the website revamp.
• Evaluate and enhance the User Experience (UX) based on the provided research inputs (e.g., audits, competitor analysis, and user journey evaluations).
• Define a UI Design System from scratch, including (but not limited to) typography, spacing scale, color palette, iconography, UI component library, and a comprehensive style guide to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Redesign the Website Navigation and Information Architecture (IA) to align with current user needs and support anticipated business growth and scalability.
• Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs for all pages within the 3 platforms. Incorporate stateful design logic and behaviors, covering various UI states such as loading, error, empty/no data, success, and transitions, where applicable.
• Ensure all designs are responsive, fully optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints, and aligned with current usability, accessibility, and performance best practices—including compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Participate in iterative design cycles, refining designs based on structured feedback from internal stakeholders and results from usability testing sessions.
• Deliver development-ready design assets, which include but are not limited to: original Figma files, detailed specifications, interaction notes, and redlines, as required.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of product/UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing website (public / admin site) or digital product projects.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS).
