Job Scope

  • Leading discussions, driving exploratory and evaluating user research activities such as user interviews, cocreating workshops, usability testing and translating of research insights into actionable recommendations
  • Consulting with stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges
  • Creating and rapidly iterating concepts through design exploration, ideation and evaluation
  • Aligning the execution of design with stakeholders to ensure design quality and product usability
  • Working closely with the development teams to ensure design specs are implemented
  • Aligning or contributing to the design system
  • Building design capabilities amongst team members, through collaboration, storytelling, and digital evangelism


Ideally, you should possess

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of UX designing experience
  • Proven track record demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design work
  • Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design, and with a mind for simplicity of design
  • Proven expertise turning complex business problems into simple and engaging design concepts
  • Proactive self-starter, and capable of communicating and prototyping interactions at all levels of resolution
  • Familiarity with modern digital design tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Proficient at visual design in terms of typography, iconography, color and space
  • Good awareness of software development processes and frontend development technologies
  • Able to convey ideas through variety of methods, such as storytelling, storyboards and user flows
  • Proficiency in front end development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage
  • Experience with starting and contributing to a Design System will be an added advantage
  • Experience with micro-interactions and illustrations
