Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver beautiful, functional spaces that meet our standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their design goals, budget, and functional requirements
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, 2D/3D renderings, and layout plans
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and other design elements
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure design implementation
• Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and resolve design issues as needed
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovations

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a good eye for color, texture, and layout
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Portfolio showcasing a range of residential and/or commercial projects
• Knowledge of sustainable and innovative design practices
• Experience working with budgeting and cost estimation
