We are seeking a Junior Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage merchandise, manage inventory for online and retail stores, stock management, and sales data analysis administration to promote and support our brands and concept stores. As our team is small, the candidate must be highly versatile and flexible to respond to the ever-changing environment, needs, and demands.

• Managing incoming new stocks from production, generating barcodes and printing, and preparing stocks to send to stores.
• Coordinate with packers to pack stocks and make sure the price tags are tagged according to the right product.
• Involved in forecasting merchandise to ensure the production of appropriate merchandise metrics that meet consumer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales, and promotions to ensure optimal stock levels and product assortments meet customer demand.
• Manage online orders, ensure timely delivery, and deliver online on time.
• Manage and coordinates deliveries to stores and oversee product replenishment.
• Update website product listings for brand or external website product listing. Maintain an accurate inventory record, including receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise.
• Involved in production management, production orders, trim buys, and trim preparation for production.
• Work closely with the retail team to ensure that merchandise is presented attractively and effectively according to the design theme and concept.
• Assist in setting up events, such as collection launches, seasonal sales, events like boutique fairs and sample sales, and promotions, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the company's goals, including marketing, design, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Merchandising, O levels, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An advantage of reading and writing in Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Shopify POS, Stocky, Katana systems.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• A team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
