Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and presentations for architectural projects.

• Prepare drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc).

• Collaborate with design teams on schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.

• Research materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

• Prepare project proposals, schedules, and presentations.

• Participate in site visits, surveys, and client meetings as needed.

• Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.

• Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design and presentation tools.

• Strong design sensibility, creative thinking, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of building systems, materials, and codes is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sustainable design.

• Familiarity with construction documentation and project phases.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong creative design and time management skills
