Senior Merchandizer

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Product Display & Presentation - Arrange and maintain visually appealing displays to attract customers.
✔️ Stock Management - Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are strategically placed.
✔️ Sales Support - Work closely with sales teams to drive product sales and meet targets.
✔️ Promotions & Campaigns - Implement and support marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
✔️ Market & Trend Analysis - Stay updated on consumer trends to optimize product placement.
✔️ Retail Coordination - Communicate with store managers to ensure merchandising standards are met.

Requirements:

1. Experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is an advantage.

2. Past experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.

3. Able to handle the physical demand of the job.

4. Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail in product presentation.

5. Ability to analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies.

6. Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
