We are an interior design consultancy seeking interior designers to join our team. This is not a sales interior design position and candidates are not expected to do sales.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate and Assist: Support the principal and team leader in project execution, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Design Development: Prepare stunning design proposals using CAD, 3D modeling software, 3D renderings, and traditional drawings.
• Site Visits & Documentation: Collect site data such as measurements, M&E information, and photographs, ensuring all details are covered.
• Design Leadership: Lead the detailed design process, coordinating design elements, materials, finishes, and furniture proposals.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other teams to bring design concepts to life and meet client goals.
• Tender & Construction Drawings: Take charge of preparing tender documents and construction drawings that reflect the design vision.
• Client & Contractor Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors throughout the construction phase, ensuring the project stays on track and on-brand.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of construction and resolve issues on-site to ensure the design is executed flawlessly.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges as they arise and work creatively to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience working on both design and documentation for small to medium-scale interior projects.
• Education: Diploma in Interior Design (Bachelor's in Architecture is a plus!).
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite - and an ability to work with both 2D and 3D design software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas and collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
