Preparing detailed design proposals, including technical drawings and 3D renderings.
Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, space requirements, and project goals.
Developing creative, innovative, and functional interior design concepts and plans.
Select and coordinate the procurement of high-quality furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with the client's vision and budget.
Overseeing project implementation to ensure timely delivery and top-notch quality.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns throughout the design process.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
At least 5 years experiences in designing of high & low rise residential, retail & commercial, hotels, industrial buildings.
Able to do construction drawings.
Good knowledge of building regulations and codes.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and color schemes, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketchup or AI.
Passionate about design and enthusiasm to deliver the very best for our clients.
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving abilities project management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
Willing travel to overseas when required
