As the Lead Design, you will be past of our international design studio designing luxury urban and resort hotel projects around the globe. Working closely with the Design Director and other team members, you will work on space planning, design conceptualization and develop the project design. In addition, you will manager coordination with other consultants and participate in project meetings and presentations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the development of design projects as project leaser of the design team.

• Work closely with Design Director, Studio Manager and Design Team to ensure project development, deliveries, quality, productivity for projects.

• Lead and work on multiple luxury hospitality projects locally and internationally, and mentor team members across studios.

• Provide design expertise and direction to the interior design team.

• Foster close partnerships with clients and partners.

• Oversee the growth and development of the interior design business, in partnership with Design Director and Studio Manager.

• Actively participate in project meetings and clients presentations.

• Quality control, review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables.

What we Expect

• You have been in a client facing role and have experience of managing clients & handling pitches and design presentations.

• You have good design and presentation skills with relevant experience of working on Hospitality design projects.

• You experience at least 7-8 years with hospitality design.

• You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile

• You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills.

• You have knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
