Designing and Renovation of residential (mainly condo and landed homes) and commercial spaces, since 11 years. They have an immediate requirement for a Interior Designer.

Requirements

• Diploma in Interior/Architectural or equivalent
• Strong fluency in English
• Preferably proficient in AutoCAD, 3DsMax, Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup
• Good at Carpentry drawings
• Familiar with MS Office
• Team player with a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, open to ideas and highly motivated.

Job Description

Exposure to handling both residential and commercial projects

Responsibilities

• Produce design concepts (Carpentry)
• Develop and produce completed sets of drawings, detailing and construction documentation.
• Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations.
• Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process.
• Integrating technical and visual solution into a design concept
• Understanding trends within the scope of the industry they are working in
• Will be guided and trained to manage and coordinate with clients, vendors, site visits, etc.

Salary:Upto 3.5K pm (open to discuss for more experienced candidates)
