What we are looking for:

• Assisting in design development and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Design development monitoring and project progress tracking, identifying and resolving issues or challenges. Conduct site visits as and when necessary to ensure design order.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.

• Assist in contracts, scope of work, and project proposals.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality controls

Expectations:

• Degree or Diploma equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• 5 years' experience in related role in retail interiors, exhibitions and events managements

• Proficient in using design related software such as Sketchup, vectorworks, CAD and adaptabiity to new softwares will be advantages

• Candidate with project managment and collaboration software capabilities such as MS Projects, Figma, Huddles or similar would be preferred.

• Presentation skills to effectively communicate your designs and ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills advantages.
