To support our growth, we are looking for a creative and talented E-commerce Graphic & Video Content Creator who can produce engaging product visuals and short-form videos to attract customers and boost sales. Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design for E-commerce (Visual Design)
• Create high-quality product images, banners, infographics, and promotional materials for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Develop A+ Content to enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
• Optimize product thumbnails and visuals to stand out in search results.
• Design digital assets for social media ads, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Short-Form Video Creation
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Shopee Live, Rednote, and Instagram Reels.
• Create product showcases, unboxing videos, tutorials, and promotional videos to increase engagement.
• Keep up with TikTok trends and viral formats to create relevant and shareable content.
• Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to co-create branded content and marketing campaigns.
Marketing & Performance Optimization
• Research e-commerce and social media trends to develop an effective content strategy.
• Conduct A/B testing on visual assets and videos to improve engagement and sales conversions.
• Monitor analytics and content performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Education & Experience:
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and video content creation, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
✅ Technical & Creative Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and CapCut or other video editing tools.
• Experience in product photography, image retouching, and video production.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Shopee content formats (aspect ratios, captions, ad creatives).
• A/B testing experience for optimizing product thumbnails and video hooks.
✅ E-commerce & Social Media Knowledge:
• Experience in designing for Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce promotions, digital advertising, and consumer shopping behavior.
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
✅ Soft Skills & Work Ethics:
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Data-driven mindset - ability to analyze performance and improve content effectiveness.
• Excellent time management skills - able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can collaborate across different teams.
• Fluency in English & Mandarin (to work with Chinese-speaking suppliers and internal teams).
