Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Daily invoice checking from suppliers
  • Matching invoice with internal system (cloudchef)
  • Updating price in system based on actual invoices
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Experience & Skills:
  • At least O level and above with 1-year of administrative experience.
  • Able to multi task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Excel.
  • Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice
