Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience & Skills:
- Daily invoice checking from suppliers
- Matching invoice with internal system (cloudchef)
- Updating price in system based on actual invoices
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Experience & Skills:
- At least O level and above with 1-year of administrative experience.
- Able to multi task and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge in MS Office and Excel.
- Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
- Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice
