Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.
• Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals
• Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications
• Oversees progress on-site work and resolves any arising issues
• Collaborate with clients and consultants in design reviews
• Work with the relevant parties in the authorities' submission, project execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Preferred candidate with similar working experience in Singapore
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Good project management skills, excellent communication and coordination skills and great conceptualization and presentation skills
• Strong flair for design using computer-aided design such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Sketchup and Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking client / supplier / contractor)
