Our client was established in 1992 in Singapore as a multi-disciplinary interior design company to produce to produce effective commercial spaces. They have been continuously dedicating to create fascinating environment around retail shops and corporate offices.

Job Description:
- Develop creative and well thought through design solution.
- Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed.
- Provide necessary presentation materials such as presentation packages etc. to present and sell creative solutions to client.
- Support Project Leader in the project from beginning to the full completion of the project.
- Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.
- Monitor design intent progression on site.
- Lead and mentor the junior designers.
- Assist Design Manager in managing interior designers' schedule and deliverables.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate office interior design.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology.
- Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills.
- Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD and/or 3D rendering software and MS Office.

Compensation:
- Working location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
