Responsibilities
-Manage sales enquiry
-Manage min 2-4 projects at any one time
-Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design
proposal/moodboard
-Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts
-Prepare BQ quotations
-Min 2 years experience in HDB/ Condo construction
-Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
-Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
-Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
-Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture
selections when needed
-Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
-Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are
fit for purpose.

Qualifications
-Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
-Proficient in AutoCAD would be a plus
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
-Required Skill(s): Space planning, Microsoft Excel and powerpoint
-Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.
-Team player with collaborative work ethic.
