Responsibilities

• Prepare and update 2D and 3D drawings using BIM and AutoCAD
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and resolve design clashes
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure drawings comply with standards
• Support project submissions and revisions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting or BIM modelling experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM-related software
• Experience in any one discipline: Civil & Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), or Architectural
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and workflows
• Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows (e.g. LOD, BIM Execution Plan)
• Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks is an advantage
