Florist (Experienced- Junior / Senior)

Cool Petals | Location: Ubi Techpark

Cool Petals is a modern floral brand specialising in fresh flower bouquets sold through vending machines, alongside online sales.

We are looking for passionate and reliable florists to join our backend production team. This role focuses on bouquet preparation and floral production - no customer-facing duties required.

Junior Florist

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Salary: $2,200 - $2,400 (depending on experience)
• Singaporean / PR only

Senior Florist

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Salary: $2,600 - $2,800 (commensurate with experience)
• Singaporean / PR only

• Passionate about floristry with a positive mindset
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good working attitude and reliable
• Displays initiative and leadership (especially for Senior role)
• ⁠Willingness to teach/ guide juniors & upskill the floral team (especially for Senior role)
• Mandarin-speaking preferred due to operational needs

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Required to commit to overtime during peak floral periods (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day)
