Job Summary

You will collaborate closely with writer and cross-functional teams to develop and visualize creative concepts that align with marketing strategies and target audiences. You will lead projects from initial idea generation through to final execution, delivering compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with writer to generate clear, innovative ideas and concepts that support marketing initiatives and strategic positioning
• Produce detailed sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts to effectively visualize creative ideas
• Analyze marketing initiatives and target audience insights to inform design decisions
• Manage projects from concept through to final execution, ensuring timely delivery within deadlines
• Present completed creative ideas and designs confidently to clients and team members to secure buy-in and feedback
• Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices to maintain cutting-edge design standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience as a seasoned designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
• Proficient in logo design, typography, web layout design including UI/UX, video editing, print production, image selection, and packaging design
• Ability to incorporate feedback constructively and provide clear direction within a team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders
• Relevant education, training, and skill set in design disciplines
• Offsite WFH acceptable for overseas candidate. Overseas candidate will only be considered with relevant work experience.
