Experience: 8-10 years experience in UI/UX Design

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy for complex web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless transition from UX discovery to UI delivery.
• Utilize Sketch to create sophisticated wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive site maps, user flows, and personas based on user research.
• Maintain and expand internal design libraries to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design (portfolio required).
• Expert-level proficiency in Sketch for interface design and asset management.
• Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
• A strong eye for typography, color theory, grid systems, and responsive design layouts.

Preferred Skills(Nice to Have)

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed specialized Design courses or certifications.
• Design Thinking: Experience facilitating workshops or using Design Thinking frameworks to solve complex problems.

Web DevelopmentKnowledge:

Familiarity with HTML/CSS or modern frameworks (React/Vue) tobetter collaborate with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
