Job Summary

Our firm is seeking an Architectural Designer to support the project team in developing and documenting projects from concept through construction. This role requires strong design visualization skills and the ability to integrate technical and regulatory requirements into detailed design development. Successful candidates will work closely with Architects and other consultants to ensure high-quality design execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop schematic designs by conceptualizing architectural ideas to meet project objectives and client requirements
• Collaborate with Architects to refine and finalize design details, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with the in-house 3D team to translate concept designs into 3D visualizations for internal review and client presentations
• Integrate technical information and statutory requirements into detailed design and production drawings to support project compliance
• Prepare comprehensive drawings for planning and building control approval, tender submissions, and construction documentation
• Communicate design intent and technical details clearly with consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
• Manage multiple design development tasks concurrently while maintaining strong organizational standards and meeting project deadlines
• Work independently and proactively contribute as a collaborative team member to drive project success

Required competencies and certifications

• Recognized Degree in Architecture by the Singapore Board of Architects (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural work experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
